I'll be heading to the hospital in just a few hours (I really need to go to bed!) to get prepped for my c-section. Thoughts and prayers are more than welcome! It's going to be a long, emotional day but I'm excited to finally have her in my arms.

Thinking of you, Jim and Tyler tonight...and anticipating the beautiful photos of your new little daughter hours from now. You are all in my heart.

I'm late on this but thoughts and prayers are with you for the safe arrival of your precious baby girl! It's an incredibly emotional experience holding your baby after experiencing the loss of another. As soon as I heard my second son cry I started crying, then when the nurses showed him to me and he was healthy, I cried even harder. It's the greatest experience but also emotionally draining. I didn't want to put him down. I unfortunately had a doctor with a slow stitching hand and my son was over 2 hours old before I got to see him. I just remember asking repeatedly if we were almost done yet. Must've sounded like a kid on a car trip "Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" Just know lots of prayers are with you and your family and I'm so happy for you.
