Thank you for visiting Tyler's website...
Jim and I created this site to keep our family and friends updated and for anyone who may find themselves in these shoes one day. We will blog as often as possible, as well as share pictures and provide resources. Words are not enough to express our appreciation for your continued support, prayers and thoughts.
Our first child, Tyler Andrew, was diagnosed with bilateral renal agenesis, Potter's Syndrome, on Monday August 24, 2009 at 22 weeks gestation. This condition is deemed "incompatible with life". With guidance from our pastor and doctor, as well as our own faith, we chose to carry Tyler as long as possible and let God take him when He is ready.
Tyler was born on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2009. He was delivered via c-section at 6:45 p.m weighing 5 lbs. 1 oz. and 17 3/4 inches long. He was with us for 75 unforgettable minutes before being called back to Heaven. His grandmas and grandpas got to meet him and love on him before he passed, and we're so thankful. Special thanks to Kim Anne Photography, our nurses and doctors for making this experience the best it could be, given the circumstance. The MDH staff was absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for a more caring group to assist us in welcoming our angel.
Thank you,
Brittany
All donations in Tyler's memory will be used toward Thank You gifts for our doctors, nursing staff and our Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep photographer, Kim Anne Photography.
